LOW INCOME SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM:

The low income spay/neuter program was introduced to Parkland residents who would like to do the responsible thing and spay/neuter their pets but require financial assistance. 

With the low income spay/neuter program, prices include:

Canine Spay - $90.00

Canine Neuter - $65.55

Feline Spay - $66.00

Feline Neuter - $33.15

  •  Upon approval of the application form, you will be provided with a form to take with you to the veterinarian clinic.

  • Participating veterinarian clinics include Dauphin Veternarian Clinic and Uptown Pet Clinic.  


MUNICIPAL SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM:

The Parkland Humane Society also offers pay-neuter programs to individuals living within a municipality regardless of financial position.  Participating municipalities to date include the RM of Gilbert Plains (dogs and cats) and the Village of Winnipegosis (cats only).

With the numicipal spay-neuter program, prices include:  

Canine Spay - $90.00

Canine Neuter - $66.00

Feline Spay - $66.00

Feline Neuter - $34.00

 

  • Applications can be picked up at the municipal offices. applications are approved at a first come first serve basis as the municipalities have a limited budget for this program.

  • Only one pet is eligible for this program per household.

  • Applications must be paid for by certified cheque or money order at time of application submission.

  • Participating veterinary clinics are Dauphin Vet Clinic, Uptown Pet Clinic, Ste. Rose Vet Clinic and Roblin Vet Services.
